Cut the pork into suitable sizes. Season with salt and pepper. Coat with katakuriko lightly.

Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces diagonally, which makes them easier to cook. Slice the garlic. Mix all ● ingredients.

Heat oil in a wok, fry the asparagus quickly, and transfer to a plate.

Heat oil in the wok again, and cook the garlic, then add the pork.

When the pork has browned, add the asparagus, and pour ● sauce.

Stir fry to combine all the ingredients. When the sauce starts thickened, turn the heat off.

Serve to a plate, sprinkle black pepper and it's done (it's tasty with a lot of pepper).
