Steps

Place a pan on medium flame, add butter & melt well, add chopped ginger, and chopped garlic & saute well, now add chopped onion & fry until transculent, stirring continuously.

Add chopped carrot, capsicum, beans, cauliflower, and cabbage, mix everything well & saute on low flame.

After the vegetables turn soft add green peas, and sweet corn, & mix everything.

Add spring onion greens, add black pepper powder, and salt as per taste & mix well.

Add 4 cup water & mix well, close the lid & cook for 3 minutes on medium-high flame.

Take 1 tbsp cornflour to add water, mix well & prepare a slurry. after 3 minutes remove the lid and, little by little add the prepared slurry, mix well & cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add 1 tsp lemon juice, spring onion greens, and chopped coriander, and turn off the flame, Vegetable Soup is ready to serve. Serve hot.
