Mix the eggs, 150 grams of sugar and the 80ml of oil and constantly beat them with a hand mixer.

Then add the flour and baking powder and after everything is properly mixed, lay the batter in the baking pan.

Take the apricots off of the freezer about 30 minutes before starting with the cake.
Afterwards when they're half frozen and have a thick, juicy and dense consistency add the 100 grams of sugar. Mix it throughly and add to the batter. - 4
Put the cake in a preheated oven, let it bake for 40 minutes in 180°C / 356 F.

After baking, let it cool down and top it off with powdered sugar, and enjoy it!😊
