Steps

Peel and chop the potatoes into chips about 1cm by 1cm thick.

Add the potatoes and hot water into a pan and boil for 10 minutes.

Drain the chips and spread over an oven tray.

Drissle with olive oil.

Mix all the seasonings together and sprinkle over the chips. Mix well.

Pop in the oven for 30 minutes turning halfway.
- 7
Serve with additional sprinklings of salt (optional). Served here with my sausage and sage stuffed turkey mini fillets.
