Let's start with the veggies.They are a mix of almost all.i.e spinach, kales,managu,terere both red and green,Chinese cabbage leaves and comfrey.but few leave each

Wash and cut them.
Cut your onion,I use spring onion but you can use the normal one. - 3
Then stir fry with oil but only for 5 min or less.note;I don't use tomatoes with greens

As for the protein.Grate zucchini
Cut onions and tomatoes.put oil and onions when translucent add tomatoes.When properly cooked add zucchini and fry till fully cooked,then add your 2 eggs. - 5
Your food is good to go and very healthy.
