Take jowar flour, besan and rice flour in a mixing bowl. Peel bottle gourd and grate it. Add in flours in mixing bowl.

Add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, garam masala, sesame seeds and ajwain. Mix all. Mixture will become moist because of bottle gourd.

Knead dough. Take water as per required. Knead dough not so tight or so loose. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Make 2 rolls of a dough. Heat steamer. Apply oil to the vessel in which we are going to steam it. Place the rolls in greased vessel. Steam for 35 minutes.

Cool down rolls. Cut into round pieces.

Heat oil in pan and shallow fry it. You may deep fry it. Enjoy hot with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
