20 minutes

8-10 cutlets

1 cupleftover poha
2boiled potato
1/2 cupbarley flour
1chopped onion
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
1/2 tablespoonSalt
2 tablespoongram flour
2 tablespoonchopped coriander
2 tablespoonOil

First of all take left over poha in flat plate.add all ingredients in it boiled potato also add in it.

Smash potatoes in it and mix it well. make small pedha and make cutlets.keep kadai on low flame add oil in it.fry from both sides.

Fry till brown in colour.serve with sauce,dip.
