Take a pan add oil3tsp.heat the oil Now add khada jera. when jera is brown. Wash the matar.graind it.now matar puree add in the pan.fry well.felling must be dry butsoft for even spreading.

Now take a bowl take maida,namak, ajwain, mangrela,oil3tsp.mix it well.get ready to dough with hot water.rest it about 30 min.

Now take small pieces of dough divided dough.roll into balls.flaten by hand.matar felling fill in all the dough ball.oil rolling pin.roll and rotated.apply even jentali pressure.

Take a tawa.heat the tawa.drop roti.spread oil both side.cook both sides.now matar paratha is done.its test awesome in winter.eat with tadka, pannier masala, chutney.
