Velvet chicken for 15mins.

Mince garlic and onion.

Slice your veggies.

Fry chicken with oil and black pepper. Set aside.

Add oil. Stir fry onion for a few minutes then add in garlic.

Add in basil. Stir for a bit then add in your vegetables.

Add coconut milk.

Stir in chicken stock powder

Add lime juice

Taste and adjust with sugar and salt accordingly. This is the trickiest part in my opinion.

Add in the chicken. Last taste test.

Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or pasta.
