Wash all the 3 ingredients.

Heat oil, add mustard seed, bay leaves, and all the ingredients and hing.

Add onions and 3 g paste. Saute well. Now add the dry spices. Mix well again.

Enjoy the spicy hot kathyawadi khichadi ❤️

Now add the veggies and the rice and dal. Mix all ingredients on high flame for 5 mins. Add water as required. Now cover the lid and cook till 3 whistles.

When done and the air released from the cooker. Remove it in the serving plate and serve it with curd, papad and 🌶
