In a non stick pan, add ghee and melt. Now add jaggery powder and mix well. Break the lumps

Cook for 2-3mts now addpowdered oats and cook stirring continuously for 3-4mts

Now in a bowl combine ginger powder, dry fruits powder and cocoa powder. Add this and cook stirring continously for 5-7mts. Mixture with thicken but greasy enough

Now off the flame. And let it cool to round into balls. Very healthy to eat during winters for immunity and strength
