ککر میں گوشت دھو کے ڈلیں اور اس میں پیاز،ٹماٹر،ادر/لہسن پیسٹ اور قورمہ مصالحہ ڈال دیں۔

اب ککر بند کر کے گوشت کو آدھے گھنٹئےکے لئیے پریشر پہلگا دیں۔

آدھے گھنٹے بعد ککر کھولیں،گوشت کو بھون کے پانی کا چھنٹا لگا دیں ار 5 نٹ دم پہ رکھ کے اتار لیں۔اوپر ہرے مصالحے سے سجا دیں
