Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 kgChicken wings
  2. 200 gramsPeri peri sauce
  3. 20 gramsCorn flour
  4. 1 tbspPaprika
  5. 1 tspOnion salt
  6. 1 tspGarlic salt
  7. 1 tbspDried mixed herb

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the chicken wings for 10 minutes the chill.

  2. 2

    Season the cold chicken wings with Paprika, onion salt, garlic salt and mixed herbs 🌿

    Coat the wings in cornflour

    Deep fry the wings for 5 minutes or until the core temperature reaches 75 degrees c for 30 seconds

    Toss the wings in Peri peri sauce (the recipe will follow)

    Cut your tortillas into 8th and deep fry

    Prepare a salsa dressing (I will publish a recipe at a later date 🤗)

    Serve your wings with love ❤️
