Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 1/2 cuppishori grade one rice
  2. 3 cupsboiled water
  3. 3red tomatoes 2 large onions
  4. 1green medium sized capsicum
  5. 2large carrots
  6. 2green pepper
  7. 1lime
  8. Tumeric
  9. Coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt into a pan and add rice and water. Boil the rice until water evaporates

  2. 2

    Cut your onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots and pepper to desired size

  3. 3

    In a separate pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt and thrown in your ingredients (onions, tomatoes, capsicum, carrots, pepper). Cook for 60 seconds while consistently mixing.

    Add the boiled rice into the mix and stir. Add a dash of lime, and tumeric. Cook for 4 mins.

  5. 5

    Plate, garnish and serve hot and enjoy! 😋
