Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsCashews
  2. 1/2 tspSichuan pepper powder
  3. 1/4 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the Sichuan pepper powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Put the nuts in a frying pan and add enough vegetable oil to coat them. Slowly shallow fry them over low heat while stirring.

  3. 3

    When the nuts are lightly browned, drain into a colander and pat the oil off lightly with paper towels.

    Transfer the nuts to the Step 1 bowl while they are still hot. Stir it all up and it's done.
