You may be familiar with coconut ice cream served in a coconut shell, topped with a variety of toppings, drizzled with sweetened condensed milk, a bit of coffee, roasted peanuts, shredded coconut, and even dried coconut. It's very tempting.

That's the version for kids. The version with coffee and milk is more appealing to adults. There are many ways to make this treat. You can brew good coffee using a Vietnamese phin filter, then blend sweetened condensed milk, coffee, ice cubes, and coconut milk in a blender until it becomes a slushy ice cream texture. Next, shake the coffee in a shaker to create foam, pour it into a glass, and add the blended coconut ice cream on top.

My method is simpler because I love ice cream. Mix instant coffee with sweetened condensed milk, stir well, and pour into a glass with ice. Scoop coconut ice cream on top, then sprinkle a little cocoa powder or coffee powder over it. Enjoy a sweet bite of ice cream and a sip of fragrant coffee milk—it's wonderful.
