  • 1 tbspadrak lehsan paste
  • namak too taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsplal mirch
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspqasoori methi
  • 1 tspkali mirch
  • 1barri elaichi
  • 1 darcheeni stick
  • 1tez patta
  • 1knorr cube
  • half cupghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash ki daal ko half hour bhigo kar rakh dein

  2. 2

    Piyaz light brown krlen us mein timatar aur adrak lehsan ka paste shamil kar ke bhoon lein

  3. 3

    Ab namak, lal mirch, haldi, sabut kali mirch, barri elaichi, darcheeni aur tez patta daal kar masala bhoon lein

  4. 4

    Masala ghee chorr dey ab is mein sookhi methi daal kar mix karein aur daal add kar dein

  5. 5

    1 glass pani dal kar cover kar dein.

  6. 6

    Daal 80% tak gal jaye is mein hara dhania,hari mirch, knorr cube aur garam masala dal kar 10 mint dam par rakh dein.

  7. 7

    Mazeydar mash ki daal ready hai.
