Mix all the ingredients together. Add the batter into a large oiled mug.

Microwave for 2 min on high.

Allow to cool for few minutes. Add desired toppings like chocolate chips, nuts, Chocolate ganache etc.

I didn’t have cocoa, but I did have chocolate chips. So I replaced the sugar, cocoa, vanilla with the chocolate chips.
Mixed all together (added one tablespoon water) and microwaved for 30 seconds first to melt the chips and mix again. Then finished microwaving for a perfect chocolate mug cake!
