Grilled Shrimp With Mayonnaise Made in an Oven

I wanted to make a healthy and easy version of the Chinese standard, shrimp with mayonnaise.
When you are cutting the shrimp, if you cut the shells first using kitchen scissors and then use your knife, it's easier and safer.
The cooking time depends on your oven. Start checking on the shrimp after 5 minutes, and adjust accordingly. They won't taste good if you overcook them. For 2 servings. Recipe by Unirin
