Soak Moong Dal for 2-3 hours, soak Dalia for 10 - 15 minutes.

Steam vegetables upto 50 % - 60% and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai add oil and allow to heat,add dry red chilli + paanch photon + bay leaf and allow to crackle, add Ginger + Dalia + Moong Dal + salt + turmeric powder + green chilli and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Add steamed vegetables along with water and sauté for 2-3 minutes

Then add around 1 litre water + salt and cook for 4-5 minutes, Dalia absorbs much water, so if required add more water so that Dalia and Dal is well cooked. After cooling it will turn thick and dry, so add water accordingly.

Lastly add ghee, stir well and switch off flame. Dish is done.

Serve hot hot and accompany with Papad or with any fries.

Serve with salad for a complete healthy breakfast.
