Ingredients

  1. 16 TBSPVinegar Based Pepper Sauce (like Frank's, or Louisiana)
  2. 1/3 COlive Oil
  3. 1 tspGranulated Sugar
  4. 1/2 tspGround Cayenne Pepper
  5. 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  6. 1 tspWorcestershire Sauce
  7. 1/4 tspGround Black Pepper
  8. 1Egg Yolk
  9. 4 TspWater
  10. 2 tspCornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients EXCEPT three egg yolk, water, and cornstarch.

    Heat over medium heat to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes uncovered.

    Whisk egg yolk and water until foamy and light yellow. Then whisk in the cornstarch.

    Remove sauce from heat. While whisking the sauce pour in the egg mixture until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    Pour cooked sauce in a sealable container and keep in the refrigerator.

    1/4 Cup will coat 20 wings after the wings have been cooked.

    Can be used on anything you think is good with Buffalo sauce. (Nuggets, Chicken tenders, burgers, drumsticks) I would love to see what you put your sauce on.
