Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Add all the ingredients (salt as per your own preference) except for green chillies and fresh coriander in a pot with some water.

Cook until it has a paste-like consistency.

Take two pieces of bread, spread it on both, add any sort of chutney or whatever as per your own preference.

Top with onions.

Pour a little bit of oil on a tawa and press the sandwich on it using a spatula. (both sides) This will make it crispy.

Serve with raita, chutney, salad, or ketchup..enjoy 😊
