Valentine’s Day Lunchbox Quesadilla

I’ve been wanting to make this lunchbox for my kids for a while, and today I finally found the time. It’s a quesadilla shaped like an envelope, served with grape tomatoes, strawberries, carrot sticks, and their vitamin gummies. It’s super easy to make and looks so cute! Here’s the idea for next year!

It’s a quesadilla shaped like an envelope, served with grape tomatoes, strawberries, carrot sticks, and their vitamin gummies. It’s super easy to make and looks so cute! Steps
- 1
Warm the tortilla slightly so it becomes flexible. Place the cheese slice in the center and fold the sides in.
- 2
Trim the edges as shown in the video to make it look like a real envelope. Heat it in a skillet or on a griddle.
- 3
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half diagonally and turn them to form a heart shape. Skewer them with a toothpick.
- 4
Cut the strawberries in half and cut a small triangle from the top center to make heart shapes. Serve with carrot sticks and, if you like, add their vitamin gummies.
