In a pan add kathirikai, onion, tomato, green chillies and water boiled 15 minutes in high flame.

And then strain the water and come to the room temperature, transfer in to a mixy jar and grind pulse mode in few seconds.

In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves and Kathirikai paste and Salt cook few minutes. It's goes well with Idli and Dosa.
