Cut all vegetables in a small pieces mix well with oil pepper and salt.

Put all vegetables in a oven tray with olive oil for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are soft in 400 F

Mix in a bowl the eggs, cream cheese. Whipping cream, corn, peas, pepper and salt.

When the vegetables are done from the oven add the eggs mixture to the vegetables in a safety and a oven pyrex and bring to oven again for 35 minutes in 400 F.

After cooked in an oven just let rest outside for about 30 minutes or until get warm. Serve and Enjoy
