Ingredients

  1. 8 ounces (225 g)cream cheese or mascarpone
  2. 1 cupwhipping cream
  3. 1/4 cuplow carb sweetener (or honey for non-keto)
  4. 3/4 teaspoonvanilla extract
  5. 2 cupsberries (we used blueberries and strawberries)

Cooking Instructions

    Whip together softened mascarpone or cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla, and sweetener into a large mixing bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

    Pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into individual cups and layer up with berries. Refrigerate until serving, or serve immediately. Enjoy!
