  • 1 KgBesan
  • 1/2 kgDesi Ghee
  • 1/2 Kg Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tbspElaichi Powder
  • As RequiredNuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Kadhai, Add 1 tbs Desi ghee and add Besan and roast it.

    The besan mixture is super light in colour you should continuously stir it and cook it properly

    When the besan batter is ready transfer into a bowl and let it set for at least 1/2 hour

    Now Add 1/2 kg Powdered Sugar and mix it properly and shape the ladoo.

    Your besan ladoo is ready to eat..!!
