  • 250 mlMilk
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonflour
  • 70 gsugar
  • 50 gbutter

  1. 1

    Add milk into measuring jug.
    Keep butter aside.

  2. 2

    Add everything else into small pot

  3. 3

    Stir milk in the pot over low heat until thickened

  4. 4

    Take off heat and add butter. Mix in.
    Leave for 15min for comfortable eating temperature
