Ika Sōmen Raw Squid Noodles

I really like to eat ika sōmen with egg yolk and soy sauce, and it was even more delicious when I mixed in gochujang and sesame oil.

Although this depends on the amount of ika sōmen, taste it first after adding 1/2 teaspoon of sauce and mixing the egg yolks. If the flavor isn't strong enough, add some more sauce.
If you're using 1 pack of store-bought ika sōmen, I think 1/2 teaspoon is enough. For 2 servings. Recipe by Totono mama chan

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1pack, readymade Ika sōmen - raw squid sliced to imitate noodles
  2. 1Egg yolk
  3. 1 tsp●Soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp●Gochujang
  5. 1 tsp●Pure sesame oil
  6. 1White sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange the ika sōmen on a serving dish. Top the egg yolk on its center and sprinkle white sesame seeds.

  2. 2

    Combine all ● ingredients and mix well to make the sauce.

  3. 3

    Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of sauce over the ika sōmen and enjoy. Make sure you mix the egg yolk into the ika sōmen.
