Happy Mahashivratri to all🙏 On this day a fast is observed by devotees as they worship Shri Mahadev/ Bholenath/ Shiva and spend the entire night in chanting and prayers. This recipe is perfect for the fasting day as its made from Sama Rice or Barnyard Millet or bhagar which is a super food and gives protein, fibre and energy along with vit. B complex and calcium. I have made a dessert infused with rose syrup and dessicated coconut . Enjoy 👍🙏
