  2. 1small container plain yogurt
  3. 1 containersugar (use the yogurt container to measure)
  4. 1 1/2 containersflour
  5. 1/2 containeroil
  6. Zest of 1 lemon
  7. 50 gramscocoa powder
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  9. 1/2 cupchocolate chips

    In a bowl, beat all the wet ingredients (eggs, yogurt, and oil) together with the sugar until you have a smooth mixture. In a separate bowl, sift the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and cocoa).

    Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and finally fold in the chocolate chips, which have been dusted with a little flour. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and place in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C).
