Rice should be stored overnight inside the fridge to get firm texture. Chop the fried chicken into pieces to be added later. Prepare onion and other ingredients and set aside

Heat the palm oil and fry the garlic first then followed by other ingredients. Fry and stir until golden brown

Add rice to this step

Add chicken stock

Sprinkle some black pepper powder, to the rice then mix well

Add cabbage to this step then add salt, mix well in high heat for 30second. Then turn off the heat.

Mix well the rice.Let the heat from the rice soften the cabbage. Do not over cook it.

Best served with some lemon squeeze. Enjoy!
