1Thinly sliced beef
1Burdock root
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspSugar
1Sake
1 dashMirin

Roughly julienne the burdock root and parboil.

Roll up Step 1 with beef. Combine the seasonings in a pot, and briefly simmer until the the colour of the meat changes .
