  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 250 gramchicken mince
  5. 1chopped spring onion(green part)
  6. 1 tspsalt for chicken
  7. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tspchilli flakes
  10. For chutney
  11. chilli flakes
  12. ketchup
  13. garlic chopped
  14. oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take chicken mince and add salt,black pepper,spring onion in it

    Add chilli flakes and,soya sauce

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    Take Maida and add salt,and oil make a dough,make small roti

  5. 5

    Fill it with chicken and make momos

  6. 6

    Take patela and add some water and channi (if you have steamer it's well and good) I have not that's why I use this

    Apply some oil at chaani and add Momos up on it

  8. 8

    Cover it for 15 minutes in medium flame

  9. 9

    Serve with sauce (ketchup,chopped garlic,oil,chilli flakes and mix it

    Serve with Momos
