Ingredients

  • 4 cupchopped sarson / mustard leaves
  • 2 cupchopped spinach
  • 1 cupchopped bathua
  • 1/2 cupradish peeled and chhoped
  • 1 cupchopped onions
  • 1tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp dry Coriander powder
  • 2-3 tbsp makai atta / maize flour
  • Pinchassofodeta
  • 1-2green chilli chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp cooking oil C

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean pluck wash rinse leaves of all greens veggies chhoped it.

  2. 2

    Take chhoped leaves add radish green chilli 1&1/2 cup water in presser cooker cook for 1 whistle cook 10/15 min. Once pressure relief open lid

  3. 3

    Mash with wooden masher now add roasted maize flour keep aside.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan add chopped onions saute till light brown in colour add ginger garlic tomato puree all dry spices powder salt stir cook for 2 min temper in sarson ka saag.

  5. 5

    Your popular sarson ka saag is ready to serve.
    Serve hot or warm with makke di roti.
