Starry Night chocolate cake

Cooking Instructions

Sift dry ingredients together in a small bowl.

Preheat oven to 350. Line 3 8-9" round cake pans with parchment paper. Grease and flour pans.

Beat ingredients, in order listed, one at a time, mixing well on low speed after each addition. (Add bowl of dry ingredients as 1 ingredient)

Distribute batter equally between the 3 pans. Bake 30-40 minutes.
- 5
For cocoa cream frosting, whip heavy cream with cocoa powder and confectioners sugar to desired taste and consistency.
