To make spinach puree - Take a grinder jar add chopped spinach, ginger, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice and grind a smooth paste.

To knead dough - Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, palak puree, and all ingredients except ghee, add a little water if required and knead a soft dough. Cover with a muslin cloth. Set aside for 10-20 minutes.

Now divide into equal portions. Dust some whole wheat flour on the surface and flatten with the help of a rolling pin. Now heat the tawa place the paratha on it. Add some ghee and roast the paratha well from both sides until golden brown.

Take out the paratha and serve hot with chutney or sauce or curd as you like.
