Cooking Instructions

Kocok Butter dan Gula tepung sampai tercampur rata dalam mixer.
Masukkan telur satu per satu dalam kecepatan sedang.
Masukkan susu kental manis, vanili, baking soda, kemudian Terigu Protein Tinggi (Cakra)
Kocok kurang lebih 15 menit dengan kecepatan tinggi. Sampai adonan tercampur berjejak sedang. Tidak perlu terlalu kaku.

Panaskan Oven kurang lebih 5-10 menit sebelum memanggang, Pada suhu 160 celcius.

Siapkan loyang tulban / persegi 4, sy pake uk 24 tinggi 6 cm, sebelumnya dilapisi kertas roti dan oles mentega pada bagian yang tidak tertutup kertas roti.

Bagi 3 bagian putih lebih banyak selebihnya saya beri coklat bubuk + coklat pasta, kemudian 1 warna saya beri pasta pandan suji.
Buat motif bunga seperti marmer cake. Di sini Moms bebas berkreasi. Saya tambahkan choco chip di atasnya kebetulan ada. - 5
Panggang dengan api atas bawah, pada suhu 160 derajat celcius selama kurang lebih 50 menit biasanya sudah matang. Cek atasnya sampai golden brown.

Angkat dan segera keluarkan dari loyang ya moms. Lepaskan kertas rotinya.

Marmer Butter Cake siap dinikmati. Potong saat dingin lebih mulus pastinya. Selamat mencoba Moms.
