2 cupflour
6eggs
1 cupsugar
1 teaspoonbaking powder
I teaspoon vanilla extract
1melted butter
2large carrot

Steps

Grate the carrot

In a blender add in egg, butter and grated carrot and blend on high-speed

Sieve flour, add in sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract

Pour in wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Bake and enjoy!!
