Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmoong dal
  • 3 glasseswater
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1 inchesginger chopped
  • 1green chili
  • 2 spoonsghee
  • 1/4 spooncumin seeds

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a cooker,add mung daal,water,salt,turmeric powder and water. Put on high flame till 1 whistle goes on,after that Sim the gas and boil it for 15 min.

    Now take a frying pan,add ghee,chopped ginger,salt, red chilli powder,mash them.

    Add tadka in boiled daal and serve it.
