How to prepare tuwo
Sieve the corn starch and cassava flour in a separate bowl.
Measure water 4cups of water,add to the corn starch and stir.
In a clean pot,add 20cups of water,and put it on a lighted gas,and allow it to boil, gently add the dissolved corn starch and stir for 2minutes.
Cover the pot,and allow it to cook for 20minutes.
Then add the cassava flour,and stir together,and allow to cook for 30minutes.

Procedure for ewedu ewedu 🍲

Then add the sieved boiled beans,and cover, allow to steam, then add stock water,meat and fish, allow to boil for 5minutes. - 4
