Very simple recipe to enjoy the fresh ganth govi in a different version. Use the tender govis to get the best taste of this dish. Skip garlic if you want a Satvik version of the dish.
Steps

Soak the ingredients for paste, for half an hour. Grind into a smooth paste.

Chop govi into small size chunks and boil in a cup of water and salt till veggie is tender.

Add the paste, turmeric to the boiled vegetable and mix well.
- 4
Heat oil in a flat pan, once it’s hot, spread the vegetable, roast on high flame, stirring occasionally, make sure gets the golden brown crisp colour and look.
