Fried Fish with side dish
Simple Pan Seared Fried fish fillet Hoki on frypan

In a flat dish put the flour, add salt and grinded black pepper. Coat the fillet fish on both sides. Set aside.

In a non stick frypan put the oil, heat then add the onion, stir fry for a minute then add the Capsicum, the tomatoes. garlic and ginger. Continue stir fry Add a touch of salt and black pepper, and the green onion, mix to stir fry for one minute then remove and transfer to a serving plate.

Then add 1 tbs oil again and 2 tbs butter. Heat the oil and then add the battered fish and let it fry until golden brown then turn it over. Sprinkle salt n Black Pepper on top. Let it fry for one minute. Then turn off the heat. Remove the fish, transfer onto the serving dish. On top fish: sprinkle with grated lemon skin (lemon zest). To serve with a small bowl of green salad, lettuce mix with some sliced cucumber, toss with the salad dressing
