Ingredients

  1. 4 piecesboiled potatoes
  2. 1 cupcorn flour
  3. 3 spoonsrefined oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. As required coriander leaves
  8. 1/2 cupsoaked chana dal

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and put the boil potatoes make into a paste. Now put little solved Terminus powder red chili powder in it and mix it well.

    Now at so chana dal into the batter and mix it well. Now take another bowl and put some corn flour in it. Now take a small piece of dough and make them into round pieces. Spread the cornflour on these pieces properly.

    Now take a fry Pan and put in refined oil and turn on the flame. Now put the round pieces in that oil till their colour changes to Little Brown

  4. 4

    Turn off the flame after 5 to 10 minutes. Aloo Tikki is ready we can serve it with the garnish of some coriander leaves.
