Cream Cheese and Shiso Leaves Chikuwa

I tried wrapping chikuwa with cream cheese and shiso leaves, and it became a delicious little item! I've been addicted to these ever since. I enjoy them with wine or beer!
Use as much cream cheese as you like. I use about 1 tablespoon per chikuwa. For 3 rolls. Recipe by Miruchan mama

Steps
- 1
Cut the chickuwa lengthwise. Don't cut them all the way through! Open them up and spread the insides with cream cheese.
- 2
Cut the shiso leaves in half lengthwise and place on top of the cream cheese. Roll up the chikuwa from the end, and secure with 2 toothpicks. Cut in between the toothpicks in half.
