In a pan add oil, 1 tspn ghee, mustard seeds crackle add urad dal till light golden in colour and the add onion, green chillies and curry leaves.

Add broken Wheat cook few minutes till aroma comes. And then add coconut, tometo and salt.

Add boiled water cook 6 to 8 minutes in slow flame. Add 1 tspn ghee mix well. Upma ready to serve.
