Budget Apple Cake 🙃

Preheat the oven. Grease and flour a 9-inch (24 cm) cake pan.

Dice the apples and set them aside. In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar, and beat well. Add the oil and vanilla extract, and beat again.

Add the milk and continue beating. Gently fold in the self-rising flour and diced apples.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
