Honey-Glazed Pork Ribs in a Pan

I wanted to make another simple dish with not too many ingredients. I got two strips of pork ribs for less than 170 baht, so I decided to make tender honey-glazed pork ribs to enjoy with rice. It's delicious!

I wanted to make another simple dish with not too many ingredients. I got two strips of pork ribs for less than 170 baht, so I decided to make tender honey-glazed pork ribs to enjoy with rice. It's delicious!

Bring 4 1/4 cups of water to a boil in a pot. Add a pinch of salt. Add the cut pork ribs and boil to clean and partially cook them. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface. Boil over medium heat until cooked through. Remove the ribs and set aside. Discard the boiling water and clean the pot.

Return the boiled ribs to the pot. Season with crushed white peppercorns, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, honey, and dark soy sauce. Mix well to coat the ribs. Add 3/4 cup of water. Cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for about 20-30 minutes until the ribs are tender.

Uncover the pot and gently stir the ribs. Leave the pot uncovered and continue simmering until the sauce reduces. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Transfer the honey-glazed pork ribs to a serving dish. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
