Take boiled mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl add chilli flakes, dry mango powder, chopped green chillies, grated ginger and salt, mix it well then add chopped onion and mix properly well. Keep aside.

First cut the sides of the bread, take water in the plate, pick one bread slice and dunk it in water, remove and squeeze gently between your palms. Now place some portions of potatoes filling, diagonally in the centre of the bread.

Now gently fold the bread from the sides inwards. Press between your palms to shape it into a cylindrical shape.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and once the oil is medium hot fry them till golden brown, take out in the absorbent paper.

Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
