1bowlful Plain cooked rice
2 tbspSakura denbu
1 dashBlack sesame seeds or white sesame seeds
1Daikon radish sprouts

Mix the sakura denbu into the cooked rice.

Put a bite-sized portion of rice on a piece of plastic wrap. Form into a pointy ended ball.

Stick black sesame seeds on the surface with a toothpick.

Make a small hole in the top part of the rice ball and poke in the daikon radish.
